6. Verify the file loads successfully and press the ENT key to acknowledge the confirmation
prompt.
7. Press the UPDT CFG softkey, located in the lower right corner of the System Upload page.
8. A prompt will appear: “Update Config Module?”
9. Select YES and press the ENT key on the PFD.
10. The system will update the configuration module located in the PFD connector and prompt the
technician when successfully complete. Press the ENT key to acknowledge the prompt.
11. Turn off the avionics and battery switches.
12. Remove the G1000 system software load card and reinsert the database cards in the lower slots of
the displays.
13. Proceed to 4.6.2 to complete the fuel probe re-calibration.
