inspect the SUMMARY window as well to ensure that the load is successful.

7.7.2 GRS/GMU Calibration Procedures
Table 7-5 provides a recalibration requirement matrix for the GRS 77 and GMU 44. Recalibration
requirements differ depending on what maintenance actions have been accomplished.

GRS 77 Recalibration Criteria
No recalibration is required for GRS 77 unit removal or replacement unless the mounting bolts that secure
the AHRS mounting rack have been loosened or the GRS 77 configuration module has been replaced.
• If the GRS 77 mounting rack bolts were not loosened and if the GRS 77 configuration module
has not been replaced, continue to the GRS/GMU testing section.
• If the GRS 77 mounting rack bolts have been loosened, or, if the GRS 77 configuration module
has been replaced, perform the following procedures:
o Pitch/Roll Offset Calibration (Procedure A1, refer to Section 7.7.2.1)
o Magnetometer Calibration (Procedure B, refer to Section 7.7.2.3)
o Engine Run-Up Vibration Test (Procedure D, refer to Section 7.7.2.4)
GMU 44 Recalibration Criteria
If the GMU 44 was removed and/or replaced, perform the Magnetometer calibration (Procedure B).
